After visiting a property to assess an insurance claim, we provide a full insurance report within 24 hours, including cause of damage, reinstatement specification, recommendations, costings, photographs of the damage and room dimensions. Once complete our claim report is forwarded to the client and/or directly to the insurance company. It is often the case that clients must be decanted during the period of the works and our office staff are on hand to help you find alternative accommodation and assist you in being reimbursed from your insurance.

From the surveyor assessing your damage, to the office staff handling all the admin and finally the tradesmen carrying out the work, we completely minimise the stress to the client.
